Aion (AION)

A general overview of AION, its idea and features.

Aion describes itself as a multi-tier, 3rd generation blockchain platform. The ‘third generation’ essence is in the creation of a platform on which various projects can ‘communicate’ with each other. Roughly speaking, Aion wants to create an ecosystem for blockchain projects. This idea is being developed by Nuco, a Toronto-based startup founded in 2016.

Before the creation of the platform, Nuco looked for, but was unable to find, a suitable blockchain to base their platform on, so they decided to write their own. As a result, they have developed an exclusive project which will help bring the blockchain community to a completely new level.
